CATI Interviewing

Our telephone CATI facility is dedicated to the consumer, business to business and healthcare divisions where we have specialist interviewing/recruitment teams for each of these areas.

The telephone is still a primary contact for business decision makers and many healthcare professionals and of course general consumers. Where appropriate we are able to “mix mode” the approach with initial telephone contact to online completion through our multichannel data collection platform.

The CATI platform allows us to perform complex routing (choice models/regressions), accurate quota management, and have immediate access to real time data.

We have the ability to run any scale of survey - large sample sizes or smaller sample projects through our 75 station CATI facility.

Our CATI Facility has the following functionality:

  • Up to 75 stations
  • Listening in monitoring
  • Recording capability
  • Full supervision and Team Leader teams
  • Full roster of trained interviewers

We operate RDD for general consumer interviewing which gives true random dialling.

We can also “target” with postcode identifiers and other geographical parameters.

We also work with our clients’ customer lists in business to business, finance and general consumer.
